Eligibility for Nursing Scholarships

Students must meet the following criteria:

• Student must be working on a nursing certificate, an associate, bachelor or master's degree in nursing at an accredited Catholic educational institution in western Pennsylvania on a full time basis.
• Student must be entering his/her senior year or his/her master's program
• Student must demonstrate a financial need; must be ineligible for state grants
• Student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Student must submit an essay stating why he/she is requesting the grant
